Jerome Park will also become home to a new, outdoor library. “Getting something down there in that southern part of the city is a really great opportunity to expand our library system.” “The Delhi Center is on the southern part of town…so if you live all the way down there, the library services aren’t super close to where you live and there might be barriers to transportation for some of the kids and families,” Sternberg said.
